The National Executive Council(NEC) is the supreme administrative organ of the NVT-USA Football Association.Elected from members clubs for a renewable two-year term , the NEC officialsare responsible for the planning , orchestration and management of all NVT-USAactivities in keeping with the bylaws of the organization.

The National Advisory Board
The National Advisory Board (NAB)consists of representatives (club president + ambassador ) from all member clubof the National Veterans Tournament – USA Football Association. This is thelegislative branch of the association and ensures balance of power. The NABdevelops and votes on all rules and regulations governing the organization aswell as amendments to the bylaws of the organization. In addition to the votingmembers , the National Executive , Mission Committee chairpersons and EmeritusNational Presidents sit on the board.
