NAME: Cameroon Dallas Veterans Football Club aka CAMDAL VETS FC
DATE of CREATION: Created in 2015 as a Constitutional Subsidiary of Mother Organization CAMDAL FC
(founded in 2006) under Article III, Section 3.
VISION: CAMDAL VETS FC strives to be the leading Cameroonian Soccer/Social Club in the Dallas-Fort
Worth area while developing team and community spirit.
MISION: CAMDAL VETS FC strives to enhance members’ leadership skills, people skills, communications
skills, health and wellness while promoting service and involvement in the community.
Leadership: CAMDAL Veteran FC is run by a Veteran Coordinator. Current Coordinator is Mr. Alvin
Tebe (Tel: +1-816-679-3381). Prior Coordinator Mr. Franklyn Fonkwo and preceded by Pioneer
Coordinator Mr. Ngwa Blasius.
Elected Officers: Treasurer Dr. Nelson Akwo (Tyson), Financial Secretary Mr. Elad Esombe and General
Manager Mr. Kelly Massango
NUMBER OF MEMBERS: Currently 89 registered members.
PAST HONORS:
- 2nd Place Silver Medalist – NVT 2019 hosted in Delaware.
- 3rd Place Bronze Medalist – NVT 2021 hosted in Houston, Texas
- Consecutive Appearances and participation in the last 5 NVT tournaments. 2017 (Allen, TX), 2018
(Oklahoma City, OK), 2019 (Delaware), 2020 (annulled by COVID-19), 2021 (Houston, TX) and
2022 (Belaire, MD)

Brief History:
CAMDAL VETS was Created in 2015 as a Constitutional Subsidiary and Graduate Club from CAMDAL FC.
The parent organization, CAMDAL FC is a nonprofit organization founded in July 2006 by a few committed Cameroonians in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex.
CAMDAL VETS is aimed at empowering the Cameroonian youths residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex of the United States of America by promoting a health conscious lifestyles and constructive social integration.
Our ambitions are to have a positive impact in our community beyond soccer by serving through the following focus areas: Sports & Recreation, Mentorship / Members Development, communications and Volunteering.
The team operates and strives to enhance members’ leadership skills, people skills, communications skills, health and wellness while promoting service and involvement in the community and other outreach activities.
The team officially practices every Friday at the Anderson Bonner Park in Dallas, Texas, together with their younger team CAMDAL FC.
ITS IS WORTH MENTIONING THAT CAMDAL VETERANS HAPPEN TO BE THE ONLY VETERAN TEAM WITH A YOUNGER TEAM/FORMATION CLUB THAT GRADUATES INTO VETERAN AT AGE 35.
